Arc is proud to be servicing a number of buildings in the Tysons
Corner Area, including the new Capitol One Building under construction,
The Regency at McLean (left background) and the Tycon Towers (right
background) for QDC.

The Tysons Corner area skyline is constantly growing with the development
of new office buildings in the prime Northern Virginia/Dulles Toll
Road Corridor. Arc is conspicuously present providing water treatment
chemical feeding equipment and services in many of the new (and
older) buildings in the Tysons Corner/McLean, Virginia business
district. One of the newest buildings to make a statement on the
skyline is the Capital One Building in McLean. W.E. Bowers &
Associates, Inc. mechanical contractors of Beltsville, Maryland
entrusted Arc with the water treatment responsibilities for the
cooling tower and closed systems in this beautiful new facility.
Arc is also taking care of the water treatment at The Regency at
McLean residential property nearby and the Tycon Towers for QDC
across the beltway near Tysons Corner Galleria. With the development
and expansion of the Tysons Corner district, Arc is growing and
expanding to service the ever-increasing needs of our customers
throughout the Washington Metropolitan area.
